Is there any bible or book that is similar to this? I am from Canada and it costs me the same amount to ship to my address as the chart costs... any suggestions on a more cost effective way, or a different but similar book I could get?

Bummer! Yes, I do have one other suggestion. We did a review of the CTB and a book called Parenting with Scripture once and compared the two.
